Abstract: 

Free Market is usually known as an economic school and “the science of economy”, but the extent of its influence exceeds the domain of economy and expands its organizing model to cultural and social areas. In the last three decades, this logic has gradually penetrated into the fields of city and architecture following the dominance of free market approach over Iran Development Plans. These changes in policy and attitudes have turned public urban spaces which have been known as cultural heritage to new fields of market. Thus, the logic of investment and profit making has become the dominant discourse in the field of urban management and intervention. This paper aims to track the discursive development of the field of cultural heritage through institutional changes of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Iran. These changes have taken place in the last three decades as a result of the dominance of free market approach over Development Plans and economic management. The turning point of these changes was the merger of two organizations of cultural heritage and tourism in 2003 which brought many changes in the field of conservation of cultural and historical remnants. The expansion of tourism logic to the field of cultural heritage inevitably has led to the dominance of the logic of tourism market over the management and organizing model of historical remnants and also old historical areas. At the end, this paper sought to provide an overall schema of the current situation of institutions relating to cultural heritage under the banner of tourist industry.

Abstract: 

In recent years, knowledge creation and knowledge management have become dominant factors for organizations competitiveness and organizational performance and success. Successful organizations are those that consistently create new knowledge, disseminate it widely throughout the organization and quickly embody it in new technologies, products and services. The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management, organizational entrepreneurship and organizational performance. The study took place at Iran Cultural Heritage, Handcrafts and Tourism organization. The research instruments were knowledge management enablers, knowledge management process, organizational entrepreneurship, and organizational performance questionnaires. Structural equation modeling was used to test the research’s hypotheses. The results showed that knowledge management enablers have a direct impact on knowledge management process; and knowledge management process has a direct impact on organizational performance and organizational entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

One of the factors that is considered as a source of economic growth and development along with labor and capital, is the existence of entrepreneurs with progressive characteristics such as creativity and innovation. The development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in society has a positive effect on economic and social growth. Because entrepreneurs improve the performance of manufacturing and service enterprises by using economic opportunities and creating new business opportunities, based on the results based on the findings of the qualitative research stage and the paradigm model, a hypothetical model was developed that includes skills training variables. Entrepreneurship, consulting, financing, basic infrastructure (cultural-economic-physical-commercial), environmental factors, strategic factors, individual factors (personality traits), cultural factors, basic knowledge, driving forces, social networks Entrepreneurial awareness, individual consequences, macro consequences, reform of laws and regulations, entrepreneurial capacity building and empowerment, entrepreneurial motivation system, general conditions facilitator and general conditions have been limiting. Based on the obtained impact factor, reform of rules and regulations, macro consequences, individual factors, counseling, individual consequences, impact training, financial resources, environmental factors, cultural factors, knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation system, capacity building and entrepreneurial empowerment Restrictive general conditions, social networks, basic infrastructure, entrepreneurial awareness, general conditions of facilitator, strategic factors and driving forces, respectively, have the highest to lowest impact. Therefore, it is necessary to approve the amendment of laws and regulations in order to improve and create entrepreneurial opportunities.

Abstract: 

Today, human resources are the main asset of organizations. In this regard, management can play a decisive role in increasing the efficiency of human resources. The Cultural Heritage Organization is one of the administrations that is established with the aim of preserving cultural assets and managing tourism. The concern raised here is to explain the effective relationship between the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization with human resources and management issues. In order to solve this problem, both quantitative and qualitative methods have been used. According to the topic, the research method used in terms of library-field environment is applied in terms of purpose, cross-sectional data collection time, descriptive-survey research method and correlational and causal. The statistical population is selected among university experts and officials and all employees of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization. The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed through face, content and structure validity and its reliability is determined with Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability. In the qualitative part, the results of the interview were coded using software (MAXQDA) and in the quantitative part, descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling, Friedman test) were used. The results showed that the systematic model of human resource management with an efficient approach in the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism has three dimensions of input, process and output. Moreover, the input dimension has two components: employee motivation and work conscience, in addition, the process dimension has three components: employee retention, training, and talent management. The third dimension of the system model also includes the productivity of human resources. Research objectives: 1. Identifying the dimensions and components of the system model of human resource management in the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization. 2. Determining the systemic fit of human resource management with a productive approach in the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization. Research questions 1. What are the dimensions and components of human resource efficiency in the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization? 2. What system model can be provided for human resource management with an efficient approach in the organization of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism?

Abstract: 

Background: The depths of words itself stand to convey serious and exact concepts and meaning to the minds of human. Culture and cultural heritage are two long and familiar words to our mind. By considering culture in all fields, an important role of knowing ethical characteristics documents and recognizing the whole society will be gathered. Intellectual property is the main aspect of culture with conjunction of spiritual heritage of society. The fundamental structure of cultural heritage consists of ethical discussion and human ethics and behaviors in larger level such as the realms of territory. In this article the related ethical subjects with Iranian cultural heritage by focusing on intellectual property and traditional knowledge are followed.Conclusion: The relation between ethics and cultural heritage is multi faces. In this article with emphasizing on ethical features of encountering cultural heritage and governmental activities, two domains of intellectual property and traditional knowledge have been appeared. The age of functional aspects of these two in our country are short. But, since they were transmitted to international and ethical principles for defending traditional sciences and arts of different parts of the world, all nations who have civilization and cultural heritage must obey from those rules to defend, protect and register their arts and cultural heritage.

Abstract: 

The current study has presented the organizational identity model of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Organization of Tehran Province. This is a mixed-method (combination of qualitative and quantitative methods) and applied type of research. In the first stage, the qualitative approach was used. The statistical population in the qualitative part includes the faculty members of the Cultural Management Department and executive experts of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Organization of Tehran Province. In addition, 20 scientific and academic experts in culture and politics were also used. The research materials included researcher-made coding sheets, whose validity was confirmed by the members of the Delphi group, and reliability was calculated with the P-Scott criterion as 0.95. The statistical population in the second stage of the research study are the employees of cultural organizations and institutions, which are about 250 people. Based on Cochran's formula, the sample size was estimated to be 160 people. After collecting the data, the data were analyzed at two descriptive levels using statistical indicators (like frequency, percentage, and average); the inferential level of confirmatory factor analysis was run using Spss 22, Lisrel 8.54, and Excel. The results indicated that the factors related to the organizational identity model of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Tehran Province were placed in the form of 13 categories and five dimensions of critical factors (organizational identity of employees), causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences. Besides, it showed that among the dimensions of the organizational identity model of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Tehran Province, the dimension of causal conditions with an average of (0.90) has the most significant impact and the dimension of consequences with an average of (0.53) has the most negligible impact on the organizational identity of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, tourism and handicrafts of Tehran province.

Abstract: 

The importance of social responsibility is rising and has found a great role in tourism industry. One of the reasons for growing development of the tourism industry in different societies is the importance of this industry in the global economy. Therefore, allocation of resources in this field is not considered as cost, but investment to gain competitive advantage. The purpose of this article is to investigate the level and importance of social responsibility of Tourism Organization and Yazd Cultural Heritage as governmental institutions in tourism sector. Collecting data is based on questionnaire.300 questionnaires were distributed among tourism activists and experts in Yazd in this research. Content validity of the questionnaire was verified by using the convergent and divergent validity of PLS and by Cronbach's alpha, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. The current research is descriptive and has a survey method. Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling approach based on partial least squares method using Smart PLS and SPSS software. The results show that the concept of social responsibility in the tourism industry can accelerate the growth of this industry. However, social responsibility in the organization has not been introduced and discussed as a strategy.

Abstract: 

The present study has been carried out to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and Cultural Quotient (CQ) among the personnel of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism organization of Lorestan Province. The research method was descriptive correlation, and the statistical population involved all employees of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization (N=171). The Statistical sample was determined by using the Cochran formula, thus, 120 subjects were selected through proportional stratified sampling method. Two questionnaires were used for collecting the data: 1) Ang et al (2004) standard questionnaire and 2) five-factor personality traits standard questionnaire (NEO). In order to evaluate the questionnaire reliability, the Cronbach's alpha method was employed. The Reliability Coefficients for the Ang questionnaire was a=0.85 and for (NEO) questionnaire was a=0.82. The validity of the two questionnaires was considered as content validity and was investigated by collecting specialists’ comments. For analyzing the data, descriptive statistics on indicators such as average and standard deviation as well as inferential statistical tests such as Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used. The results showed that there was a relationship between personality characteristics (Neuroticism, Extroversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience) and cultural intelligence, also, Agreeableness was shown to be the best predictor for cultural intelligence (CQ).
